Dawnene Hassett
Biography
Dawnene D. Hassett is an assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She teaches courses on literacy and language development, and manages the licensure program for reading teachers and reading specialists. Her research examines early literacy curriculum and instruction as related to new technologies and the visual/interactive nature of text.
