Hugh Kremer
Biography
Hugh Kremer has over 15 years experience managing, designing, developing, and marketing distributed learning systems for clients in medicine, defense, the private sector, non-profits, higher education, and K–12. He is currently the project director and lead designer at Information In Place, Inc., for The Dome, a Virtual Congress project: a massive multiplayer online role play game (MMORPG) designed to teach high school students about the role and importance of Congress. This is a multi-million dollar project funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, The MacArthur Foundation, The Pew Charitable Trusts, the AT&T Foundation, and other funding organizations. Hugh is also a doctoral candidate in instructional systems technology at Indiana University.
