Mark Chen
Biography
Mark Chen is a PhD candidate at the University of Washington at Seattle looking at communication, cooperation, and distributed cognition in computer role-playing games using a personal narrative frame. He has recently started focusing on social justice and marginalization issues in game communities. Prior to doctoral work, Mark was the webmaster and a web game developer for the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland, Oregon.
